BMW Motorrad USA has announced the pricing for its highly anticipated superbike. The BMW K 1600 GTL tourers will start at $20,900 and the company has stated that both the new models will be available through authorized BMW dealers this coming spring. The BMW K 1600 GT models are featured with dynamic leveling xenon headlights, cruise control, multifunction display, on-board computer and multi-controller, integral ABS, white LED turn signals, power adjustable windshield, Luggage rack, E-Gas throttle with three power modes, latest technology seating comforts and handle bar grips.
The BMW K 1600 GTL will be available for a price of $23,200. The basic model is also equipped with bluetooth, audio system with tuner, a satellite radio, iPod/USB integration, 3.5mm Aux input, GPS with many more features. This motorcycle will include preparation for GPS, ESA II or Electronic suspension adjustment II and Safety package. The BMW superbike are also available with color options like light grey metallic, vermillion red metallic, royal blue metallic and mineral silver metallic.
The superbikes are powered by a new 6-cylinder engine that develops a total of 160 HP and a maximum torque of 175 NM. These dynamic motorcycles have modes like rain, road and dynamic to adapt to different uses such as touring etc
